Touches of Tech was built on the belief that technology should be practical, approachable, and designed to help people—not frustrate them. Whether you're a small business owner, entrepreneur, or simply someone looking for better ways to use technology, my goal is to help you find solutions that fit your needs, your budget, and your long-term goals.
For more than three decades, I've been the person friends, family, and coworkers naturally turned to whenever they had a technology question or needed help solving a problem. Whether it was setting up a computer, troubleshooting a device, improving Wi-Fi, recommending software, building a website, or figuring out the latest technology, I've always enjoyed learning how things work and helping others feel more confident using them.
The idea for Touches of Tech began in early 2021 when I purchased the domain name with the vision of creating a business focused on helping others navigate today's technology. Over the next several years, I continued building my knowledge through self-directed learning, hands-on experience, and real-world problem solving while expanding my skills in website development, e-commerce, business technology, digital communication, and online tools.
In late 2024, I made the decision to fully commit to turning that vision into a business.
Today, Touches of Tech helps businesses and individuals build a stronger digital presence through practical, easy-to-manage technology solutions. Whether it's creating a professional website, setting up business email, launching an online store, or simplifying everyday technology, my focus is always on finding solutions that work for you—not selling you tools you don't need.

I believe technology should empower people, not overwhelm them. My approach is simple: listen first, understand your goals, and recommend practical solutions that make your life or business easier.
I also share practical technology tips, insights, and perspectives through the Tech Journal on TouchesOfTech.com. For a broader look at the person behind the technology, I write The Deep Dive, my personal Substack covering everything from business and food to fitness, coffee, urbanism, social media, life, and the experiences that have shaped me.
